Facebook says my Klaviyo audience is too small, but my segment in Klaviyo shows 1,000's of customers are in it. What is going on?

I’ve made a bunch of segments within Klaviyo and integrated them as custom audiences in Facebook. On Klaviyo, it shows there are over 5,000 people in the segment, but Facebook says it’s too small to be used for a lookalike audience.

I would especially recommend looking at the following post:

So, although you may have a segment of over 5,000 contacts in Klaviyo, if your Facebook Ads List contains fewer than 20 people, Facebook will not allow you to advertise to a custom audience. Hence, the error message you’re receiving.
