Assuming its the latter question, you can freely modify the format of the product feed by implementing it as Django in the template. then per product item, a button with link like below would direct to the product page where you can review the item in question:
Yes, the latter, and apologies, in retrospect it probably is not obvious that the screenshot I provided is not from an email template, but is rather from the customer account section in Shopify. So this request would be about implementation through the Klaviyo Reviews Shopify App, for in-browser in-store functionality, not email. I am assuming that you are assuming we were talking about an email implementation, since that is the subject of the article you linked, but please correct me if I’m wrong.
