Flows are not sending AT ALL

There’s a lot that could cause a flow to not trigger/activate. I would recommend checking out our Troubleshooting a flow article which offers a guided form that walks you through troubleshooting some common causes. 

In my experience, some of the main reasons why flows aren’t triggering are:

• Your account is new and no one has qualified for them yet
• The flows are not set Live
• Smart sending is enabled
• You have flow or trigger filters in place that is prevent people from qualifying for the flow
