Hi there,

I am trying to set up a form on my website pages that will allow customers to request a free call with us. Our Klavyio account is integrated with our Shopify as well.

I want to know how to get the data from the form to flow to Shopify so we can start a conversation with our customers. Right now I can just see that anyone who fills the form will be added to an audience list.

Any info on this will be appreciated, thanks.

You can use a trigger to send an email whenever a new email is added to list.

Hi there @veds4,

Follow up on @Maxbuzz’s response, I would add in creating this internal alert in a flow to let you know that someone joined your list and who to reach out to that requested the call!
