Help - subscribe on desktop not working

Basically my email flow works perfectly fine but my sms one works on my phone but not when i try & subscribe on desktop anyone else having this issue?

I’d compare the desktop and mobile paths event by event rather than treating this as a design issue.

Check whether the form submission reaches Klaviyo, whether the profile is created or updated, whether consent is recorded for the correct channel, and whether the follow-up flow has any device-specific or source-specific conditions.

Hi there @BlackTeeth , when you say it does not work when you try on Desktop, what does that look like? How are you subscribing on desktop with SMS?
