Has anyone ever used Herb Mail to grow their email list? Was it successful? What are the best practices to make a successful campaign?

Unfortunately, I have not had any experience with Herb Mail, so I cannot provide much of a recommendation here. I was looking for a little more information online, but I wasn’t finding much online for the service. Do you have a URL you could share?
