I would like to lower the standard of the plan before the next month's automatic deduction，I don't want it to automatically charge so much money, and want to modify my plan before the charge, what should I do?

Thanks for sharing your question with us!

To downgrade your plan, navigate to your Account in the top right hand corner in the dropdown. Click on Billing> Email plans.

As you mentioned, since Klaviyo bills for the month ahead, you will want to downgrade before the next billing cycle!
