By “tags” - I assume this is the “Shopify Tags” that are synced to your Klaviyo Profiles as a custom property. Are you trying to remove one or both of those tags for that specific user? Or are you trying to not show the text as it is presented?

I think he means the brackets in the photo, do you have any answers to that? I'd be curious to know how to do it too))
