hi, I am an email marketer and am a manager to one Klaviyo account. How ever when the second Klaviyo account sent me the invite to be the manager and I clicked accept, it said the link has been expired. I tried multiple times and it is still the same. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

P.s I used the same email address to be the manager in both accounts. Do I have too create a new email id for every single client I get?

Hi @kunal,

Thanks for sharing this with us.

You don’t need to create a new email id, you should be able to use the same email address for multiple Klaviyo accounts.

This “expired link” issue can happen if you’re still logged into the first account (call it user A) and you click the link invite for user B (the same email address on another account).

To resolve this, have the user inviting you to the other account remove the pending invite request and re-add you. Before you accept the invite, log out of the original Klaviyo account and then accept the invite.

I hope that helps resolve this issue.
