It's like a loading raffle like this.Please help me.

Google search ‘Spin the Wheel’ or head over to the Klaviyo Partners page and search for third party sign-up forms (pop-ups). You can link your Klaviyo account with them, and have a wheel spin like the above.

PS My two cents? If your brand isn’t that relevant to spin the wheel, it won’t bring any noticeable uplift to your conversion rate (and the submit rate)
