How to check status of import?

Hello,

I’ve followed the instructions for Export profiles from one list into another so I could delete my non-used lists and create a master list.

How will I know when my import is complete? Nothing indicated how I would know. And how do I sanity check that names from the old list are now on the master list? I don’t see how to search a user within a list. I see only that I can search a user and bring up their profile telling me which lists they are on.

Hi @KoalaPad ,

Usually you will receive an email when an import is complete. If you stay on the page in Klaviyo, it will also tell you once the import has finished and if there were any errors.

As far as I know, there isn’t an easy way to look at a list and determine if someone is on that list. However, you could export the list (just the emails) and then open up the CSV and do a search and find for someone. A bit of a roundabout way but it would achieve your goal.
