I can see in customer profiles that we have historical information of cutomers previous order when our store was on Magento platform ( not on Shopify )

However when I exprort to csv the Magento information is missing.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Thanks

    Hello @SeanMcC,

I think it would be helpful to myself and the rest of the Community if you shared more information as to what it is you are trying to accomplish. As it’s not entirely clear what sort of reports you’re trying to export to get the sort of information you’re looking for.

Oftentimes though, if you were trying to look at previous order data, you can typically create single metric custom reports focused on any of the transaction metrics (placed order, ordered product, or fulfilled order) to achieve this. If you wanted more information on how your products did, you can always use the product performance custom report too.

Depending on what sort of information you were trying to get, you may even have to run these reports in your ecommerce’s backend.
