Hey there!

Still getting used to Klaviyo as our new CRM platform. Looking in the metrics tab within the analytics section, is there no way to filter a specific metric (like ‘Active on Site’) by a segment?

All I want to do is be able to look at specific metrics for a pre-defined segment of profiles, but it doesn’t seem possible.

Am I being stupid, or is this genuinely not a feature of Klaviyo analytics?

Thanks!

Hi there,

I have done this many times when setting up segments for our clients.

I am frustrated to say you will not be able to access website API’s however you will be able to view email automation & campaign metrics as well as the AOV and engagement rate.

  1. If you head over to Lists & Segments
  2. Click on the list or segment you would like to analyse.
  3. Head over to Engagement on the drop-down bar.
  4. Run an engagement report.

Hopefully this helps with your inquiry.

I find it baffling that you can filter API metrics by specific profile properties but not by segment. Such a simple feature! Thanks anyways Will.
