I’d recommend including a physical address in your footer to avoid any potential issues or penalties. However, if you do not want to disclose a specific physical address for security reasons, you can choose to use a P.O. box instead!

+3You would need to segregate the data by creating a segment and selecting emails which contain for example gmail.com, outlook.com etc this would filter out the business emails and you could send this out to the rest of the people, if you have a massive list you can add this within your flow as well.
