Is the renewal date stored in each customers’ profile?

Assuming you have the renewal date stored as a custom property in their Profile, you can use a “Date Triggered Flow” to automatically send an email 1 week before the renewal date.

I have some client’s data. I provide them services and this service needs renewal. Its more likely subscription. Some clients take 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 year of subscriptions (depends on their need). Now What i want is, I simply want to send them the reminder before 1 month of their service renewal date. 

 

Please provide a stepwise and working solution.
