How to send reviews to older purchasers?

Hi,

I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, and I can’t seem to find an option where we can send review requests to all our customers that have bought our products since December?

The only option I see is to change when the follow-up is sent.

Hi @Karlis!

Are you using the Reviews flow to do this? If so, you should be able to include profiles who ordered beyond 30 days by back-populating the flow:

Yes, otherwise I couldn’t get the old profiles into the flow. So I set up a new flow just for older profiles to whom I want to send review requests, so that they show up as verified buyers when they leave a review.
