How to send store credit campaigns from klaviyo. How to setup the store credits in shopify first?

​@Sam91 Hi, short answer: Klaviyo can help you send a store-credit-style campaign using Shopify discount codes, but it doesn’t currently natively sync or display true Shopify store credit / gift card balances in Klaviyo.

If you want to set this up today:

• Use a Shopify discount as the “credit.” For a static code, create it in Shopify first. For a unique one-time code, you can create a Shopify coupon in Klaviyo under Content > Coupons.

• Then add that code to your email or SMS and use a discount link so it auto-applies at checkout, like /discount/CODE or your checkout URL with &discount= added.

If you need to message customers their actual remaining store credit balance, that usually requires a third-party or custom Shopify Flow setup, since that balance is not surfaced in Klaviyo out of the box today.
