I want to create a popup when someone just visits the website to collect emails and give them incentives like pictures 1 and 2.

These pop-up forms are fairly simple to implement. There’s a really handy guide here with video tutorial. Klaviyo also have pre-built templates you can use in the Sign Up Form builder.
