Integrating SMS and Mails from another platform to Klaviyo

We used another platform for SMS Marketing before. There are many sms and emails we have collected here. But now we have started to use Klaviyo. Is it possible to import SMS and e-mail information from other platforms to Klaviyo? How can we import this information? Thanks for your help.

    Yes, you can import those as long as you have the proper consent for both Email and SMS.  These guides on Klaviyo might be helpful to you:

    As for SMS, you can also import them into Klaviyo.
