Does anybody know how to make sure that all custom fields are syncing between involve.me and Klaviyo and not just the first answers from the submitted survey question which is going to be my trigger condition?

The involve.me integration was actually created by involve.me, not Klaviyo, so there is little we can do on our side to troubleshoot why some fields may not be sent. It may be therefore be helpful to inquire with involve.me’s support avenues about this issue, since the data transmission mechanism exists on their end in this instance.
However, I found that Zapier offers an involve.me to Klaviyo integration, and I know that some users have had success using Zapier to connect third-party applications with Klaviyo:
