IP address does not like recepient email

Hi there,

I am currently having an issue trying to figure why one of my emails has bounced. Most of the bounce reasons I am able to get my head around but I am struggling to find a definitive answer to this problem.

The error is “[IP Address 1] does not like recepient. Remote host said: [IP Address 2] recepient address rejected: Access denied.”

It’s a soft bounce and it’s under the category of Reputation.

I could understand if the email was bouncing because of our sender reputation, however our reputation is quite high now and the error message states that it’s the recepient address that’s being rejected.

    Hi @GT Marketing

This is likely an issue with the sending IP. If you are on a shared IP by Klaviyo I would reach out to their deliverability team for additional feedback and support. I’ve seen some of their IPs getting flagged, specifically for Comcast. I know they are working on it, but again, I think the more we can notify them of issues like this, the better it will help.
