Is support email down?

I am attempting to contact support as I have accidentally erased a welcome series flow. I am recieving a message that says request can not be submitted and to try again later. After waiting and several attempts I am still recieving the same message. Can someone please tell me if support is down or if I am doing something wrong? Thank you in advance.
