Is there a way to segment your thank you flow based on the category of product they ordered?

I wanted to segment out thank you flow and provide recipients with a product in a similar category. How would I set this up? I know there is a metric for the ordered product, but I don’t see anything in there about how to set it up based on the category of product that they ordered.

Thank you for posting your question in the community. 

In short, yes, you can segment your thank you flow based on a product category. But, there are a couple of ways you can do it.

You could set up a filter on the event trigger - Placed Order - to only allow users to enter the flow if their order includes products based on a specific Shopify Tag, Shopify Collection, or as granular as a specific SKU or Product ID. 

If you are trying to segment based off of a product category, perhaps a Shopify Tag or Collection would be the best approach.
