Thank you for posting your question in the community! Triggering a flow for your VIP customer segment based on CLV is a great idea and will be a nice touch point with those customers when they have reached the 10K spend level with your business.
I reviewing your segment definitions, I would recommend one small edit. Right now, you have the segment set to sent to users when their Ordered Product Value Equals “10,000.” This would only send to users who have spent the specific amount of $10,000, which would exclude anyone who has exceeded >$10K.
To ensure you include everyone who has spent >10K I would adjust the segment to:
What someone has done (or not done)
Ordered Product Value is at least 10,000 after 8/1/2024.
This will ensure that users have reach and exceed the $10K will be included in the VIP segment.
