I’m currently having issues with my partnership application. I did not even receive a confirmation email that my application was received. It’s been about a week (which Klayvio mentioned it could take for approval) and I haven’t received any communication.
Should I re-submit the application? I attempted to contact partners@klayvio.com but it seems that inbox is no longer monitored. Sent in another support email as well
Has anyone else had issues with registration? I have two clients waiting to onboarding, hence the impatience!

Just a quick update for your end (appreciate your help). DaRell D from Klayvio Support reached out Friday afternoon and confirmed that the Partnerships Team received the application. Due a technical issue (?), they are unable to accept the application and are working through the technical issue now. I asked what the technical issue was Friday afternoon (if there was any documentation, etc. I could provide), but have not heard anything back yet.
I reached out to partner-portal@klayvio.com earlier, but I will let DaRell handle the communication now to not stir any more confusion.
Possible to have your Point of Contact on the Partnerships Team clarify what the issue is? Thank you.
