Klaviyo form to collect emails for virtual event sign up

Hey,

I’m organising a virtual event. I’d like to add a klaviyo form to my shopify site to collect email addresses for the event sign up. I’d like these to go into a separate list to my other email sign ups. There should be an option to accept marketing too.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi @amyrenegade, definitely! There’s a Klaviyo help article that goes step by step on how to do this. Here’s the link:

When creating the form, you’ll see an option to select the list where you want the subscriber to go to.
