Klaviyo is attributing full price sale when the order included a discount?

Klaviyo is attributing a full priced sale even though a discount was used. The revenue is showing as the full total, rather than the final revenue after the discount which is frustrating as it is not the correct amount. Is there a way to change this so it reports accurate revenue rather than an inflated number?

Hey @oliviadowie23! I’ll need some more details to help you tease this out. Are you using Shopify, or something else? Can you show me where you’re seeing full total as opposed to final revenue after discount? It’s helpful if you pick one profile’s example and pop out the event window.
