I donβt have a paying subscription at the moment because weβve had to cut expenses recently. I am trying to export my customer reviews but I am not receiving the email notification. I am unable to contact support viaΒ email or chat since I donβt have an active subscription. I need another alternative ASAP!

Iβve looked into this further and I am seeing that your account is in a Cancelled state, which is likely why you are receiving that error when trying to suppress profiles! If youβd like to reactive your account, you can do so in your Billing Preferences.Β
