Klaviyo Practitioner certificate

Hi Klaviyo Team or any expert person,

I have completed the klaviyo practitioner certificate , but still I am unable to get the certificate, I don’t know what’s the issue going on .

Sometimes these certificates can enter your spam folder. Could you confirm it’s not there first?
