Klaviyo Reviews Updates

Hey @talonwr ! Hansen here, Head of Reviews at Klaviyo.

Oh boy, where do I start… We’ve been adding new features to Klaviyo Reviews non-stop since launch. Just this past week, we’ve added: 

• Ability to collect multiple reviews from a single request
• Dynamic “review quote” block to feature your best reviews in your email flows
• Gorgias integration
• WooCommerce support

Now, we’d love to hear more about why you feel there hasn’t been any love. Perhaps we’re missing the mark somewhere. Let me know here, or reach out directly at hansen.liang@klaviyo.com

I think two main things I would saying are missing right now are

• API 
• Syncing with Shop App

@talonwr apologies -- never saw the notification. 

• API: we’ve recently added APIs for emitting webhooks (so you can trigger any custom actions, such as rewarding someone when they leave a review with a photo, or open up a support ticket when someone leaves a low-star review) and GET APIs for reviews. More APIs are on the way through 2024. 
  • What specifically area you looking to do? 
• Syncing with Shop App: We’re aware of the ask, but Meta & Google syncing are both much higher volume requests from our customers, so we’re working on those first.
