Location Based Segment

Definition: Someone’s proximity to a location

After filling out the columns to create a location based segment for subscribers in a particular location, I couldn’t find the location(Africa/Nigeria) in the location drop-down.

What could be the reason for this and how can this be resolved. I’ll request this to be treated as urgent, and kindly provide detailed information or resources on this.

Hello @Orenuga Olusesi I think all countries from Africa are not available in this list.

It appears that you are putting in the wrong thing in the segment because the segment is meant for segmenting tags based on their behavior and not for location. I hope you get that?

The thing is, I can’t find a particular country (Nigeria) in the list of countries drop down.
