After filling out the columns to create a location based segment for subscribers in a particular location, I couldn’t find the location(Africa/Nigeria) in the location drop-down.
What could be the reason for this and how can this be resolved. I’ll request this to be treated as urgent, and kindly provide detailed information or resources on this.

+7It appears that you are putting in the wrong thing in the segment because the segment is meant for segmenting tags based on their behavior and not for location. I hope you get that?

The thing is, I can’t find a particular country (Nigeria) in the list of countries drop down.
