Metric: Ready to review is not working

I installed the reviews service and the metric “Ready to review” is not working propertly.

I had some purchase but anyone enter into the flow. I use woocommerce.

I would like to know what I’m doing wrong or need to fix. I’m losing reviews.

I would suggest you place some test orders yourself and see if the metric is being triggered.

Also ensure that the woocommerce klaviyo plugin is up to date.
