Multiple coupons being created in Shopify

Hi,

I created a new subscriber flow that sends emails to people who have signed up from the form pop up on our website.

As part of the flow, the new subscriber receives an email with a 20% off coupon.

That works fine. The only oddity is that on the Shopify side, a new coupon is being created almost every day. Any ideas how to stop this?

Yes, I created the coupon in the Klaviyo coupon menu. See attached for the details of the coupon.

The coupon is sent out in a flow email.
