Please can someone assist me. I have a pop-up on my site, built on Shopify. When someone subscribes to it, the profile shows up in “profiles” but doesn’t pull through to any list. I checked for the hidden tag and it’s in my theme code.
The integration is set up correctly too.
What am I missing?

Make sure that this list “Email List” don’t have double opt in set ON. If it does then people who subscribe to the form wont be added to the list until they click on confirmation link in the email.
To turn this OFF you can go to your list setting, click on consent and select single opt in… Or you can leave it to double opt in but then you should expect that most of the subscribers will not know or forget to click the confirmation email..
