I have 8585 SMS credit. I have a draft message that uses 3858 credits.

I'm getting an message that says "Sending this campaign will use NaN credits leaving you with 57 credits for the billing period.

What are NaN credits and why is this happening? I should have over 4300 credits left after sending the campaign. Not 57. What's happening here?

Hey all! I checked on this internally and this does appear to be a bug. Essentially what’s happening is NaN means "not a number" and it's a response that software sometimes gives when the code is trying to do non-sensical things, specifically dividing by 0. I’ve logged this issue and the team is investigating.

Hi @Ymani! Sorry for the late reply here. Did you get this figured out or do you still need help?
