Offline Product Purchase - Product Review Flows
My Goal is to send customers who ordered products offline, product review links to add those product reviews to my e-commerce shopify website. Can you help??

First thing is, are these offline purchases registered somewhere and are they being send to Klaviyo?
I suggest taking a look at this document on how to track brick and mortar transactions in Klaviyo. https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide-to-integrating-a-business-with-brick-and-mortar-locations-1
Remember you'll need the email address to be able to do so.
Whenever you have that event coming in Klaviyo you can then trigger a flow.
