Okendo Quiz Issue

Hi All, our company uses Okendo Quizzes on our site. We want to send our customers an email with their quiz results once they’ve finished their quiz. For some reason, the email after the trigger is not sending to the people who submitted the quiz. Any ideas as to why this is? When I go into the analytics for the email, it does not say anyone is waiting for the email either. However, when I go into the trigger analytics, it correctly states who completed the quiz.
