Post purchase flow using shopify's required email.

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out best practices for a post purchase flow with the shopify required post purchase email. I have already created a template in klavio and uploaded into shopify. For the follow on post purchase flow, would I start with the 2nd and subsequent emails in klavio? If someone has an example of how they’ve worked this scenario out, I would love to see it. Thanks!

Hi @Orchidboom! What post purchase email are you talking about in Shopify? We typically let Shopify send out all of the order detail emails (i.e. confirmation, shipping, etc) since that is all they really do. Some clients do build these in Klaviyo and export over to Shopify. But if you wanted to send out any additional emails, i.e. How are you liking your product?, Here are some tips to get started with your new product, etc. then I would create flows in Klaviyo.
