I have a problem with reviews. 

When i click on "add product reviews widget", an error page is displayed. It's been 2 days already and i still can't do it. This redirects me to a page with :

“Something went wrong

Give it another try. If that doesn't work, check back in a few minutes.

try again “

I do not understand why ? I was already told to do all the basic manipulations (private browsing, ad blocker, turn off your PC, empty the cash, etc...). 

I think the problem is with the account. Something must be configured incorrectly.

Hi @kdeau!

I see you filed a ticket with Support and that the issue has since disappeared on its own - perhaps it was due to a caching issue.

 

Regardless, I’m glad the issue was resolved and thanks for being a member of the Community!

Hi Brian and Klaviyo, 

 

I have the same problem as above. Can you help me to solve this?

 

I have added the widget successfully and it worked.

 

But now I when I click on the button “write review” → “

This page isn’t working

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 400”

 

 

When I try it with an anonymous browser, it works normally.
