Problem with people intering my flow

Can you give more context to what you’re trying to achieve.

• This is a date triggered flow
• How are the people filling their date? 
• Is there a tag/segment/list for the people who have filled?
• Is the flow scheduled to start 300 days before the date? What date? A fixed date or the date filled by each person?

I’m not 100% sure based on your description, but it sounds to me that you want to back-populate this flow, retroactively add qualified recipients into a flow that would’ve triggered the flow before it was set to live if it existed.
Here’s a short tutorial how to do so, it’s quite simple actually.

​@Moses People fill in there date on the site, but once filled in they can not change it anymore. The people that fill in there date are added to segment ‘date known’ but the trigger for the flow is the date itself. So 300 days before the wedding date the flow is triggert by the wedding date they filled in. This is the date people filled in on the site. 

​@MarkoN That is indeed what I mean. Thanks for the tutorial but in my profile the ‘ Add past profiles’ button is not there. I think because it is a date triggert flow?

When you set a date-triggered flow live, it will begin to queue profiles in, if they qualify to enter the flow, each day. Since your flow starts 300 days before a wedding date, turning on the flow will run a check to see if any profiles are 300 days before their wedding date. If they are, they’ll enter the flow. The same thing will happen each night - Klaviyo will check and see if any profiles reach that 300 days before mark.

Additionally, when a profile has their Wedding Date profile property set or changed, the flow will also check to see if they profile is in the flow’s timeline, and add them in, if they are.

That being said, when setting the flow live, it will not check to see if any profiles that have a date that would already be in the flow’s timeline would enter. So if a profile has a Wedding date between 1-299 days from now, they won’t enter the flow, because the flow doesn’t check to see if they would enter. Does this answer your question?
