Question about integrations

Hi all,

I am new to Klaviyo, but want to integrate both my CRM (Salesforce) and Magento to one to one Klaviyo account? Is this possible? I have reached out to support but am still waiting on a response. I looked in the support articles but it says that it can only support one type of integration per account. I am not entirely certain what that means. Can anyone assist?

You can definitely have both Magento and Salesforce integrated on one Account. I believe you are referring to articles that say you cannot have two Salesforce or Magento Integrations within the same Account. It's very common that we see Community members with separate integrations (like Magento and Salesforce) within an Account so that's totally fine to do.
