Klaviyo doesn’t record partial refunds from customers, so i wondered if there was a way to map the refund data from shopify to a data field instead (as well) so we get an accurate number for segmenting.

Klaviyo does not natively record partial refunds from customers who purchased through Shopify. When Shopify is integrated with Klaviyo, purchase events and full refunds are typically synced, but partial refunds are not automatically tracked.\
If you are a developer or have a developer in your team, then they can send the data using webhook in shopify.
