Hi,

when we first joined Klav we uploaded 10.000 profiles.

Over time we have grouped and reorganised these.

I want to now delete my lists and reupload the same people but in different groupings.

My question is will Klav then charge me for 20000 profiles/

how can I reorganise my subscribers, without doubling my subscription cost?

@MichaelH Nope! Klaviyo bills by active profile count and does not allow duplicate profiles, so you will not double your profile count if you upload the same amount of profiles you had before.
