Hi. Is it possible to remove the short weblink from the beginning of SMS messages that we send? Because I’ll be needing to include a link later on in the message and it looks clumsy otherwise

If you’re referring to the company link, keep in mind this link is required in Canada for commercial electronic messages, and that we do not recommend disabling this feature.
With that said, you can find the setting that controls this feature by navigating into the SMS and clicking the Compliance tab. Here, you will also see which countries will receive this.
Also, you should be able to move that link to later in the message (we recommend placing the link either at the end of the beginning of your SMS, and using our link shortener, more on that here, under the “Including a Link” section).
