Review filter button design issue

Hi klaviyo community,

Can anyone tell me why our review filter buttons “Most recent” and “All ratings” are showing these weird lines on them?

Here are the current Filter settings:

@Shopify726, can you confirm if you are using custom CSS? That could be impacting the way these are displaying.
