Review quote not showing anything

Hi, i have been trying to add a review quote on my email but no reviews show up.

I have removed all filters, my reviews are not recent and i have more than 20.. It just shows “no result found” even when selecting the product specifically or all products. 

 

What could this be ?

      @Brian Turcotte I am experiencing this same issue - we signed up for Reviews last week. Is this fixed on a case-by-case basis?

      I’m also having this problem, following up to see if this is a case by case fix and I need to reach out to Klaviyo support.
