Review summary star rating saying no reviews, despite having reviews

Does anyone know why some of my products show my star ratings at the top of page, and the actual reviews at the bottom, but some of them say I have no reviews at the top of the page, when I do have reviews, and the reviews show on the bottom of the page. pics are from the same product.
