Reviews Widget Stopped Loading

My reviews widget on my site suddenly stopped loading today. I do not see any outage reported by Klaviyo. In the console I am getting this error message:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')
at g (apiReviews.6dbf540c513771c02654.js:1:2237)
at Object.getReviewsForProduct (apiReviews.6dbf540c513771c02654.js:1:3067)

I have also tried loading on Shopify Dawn theme but get the same exact error message. Can anyone help fix this?

Thanks for sharing your question with us!

There was an outage on our end, on 07/29/2024 Eastern time. We experienced an issue with Reviews not showing on the website.

Our Engineering Team identified a fix and worked quickly to address this! This is currently resolved.
