Segment not working properly

Hey All - we are trying to create a segment of people that were added to our List prior to June 18th. We know this is roughly 100 people but for some reason it’s only pulling about 45 people. Any idea as to why this might be the case? The definition is below. Thank you.

I typically use the “If someone is in a list” definition and add the “added by” filter. Does this work in your case?
